Treadmill or TWO?

Speed ( verb) - to move quickly.Synonym - run,sprint,dash,bolt,etc

Speed ( noun) - the rate at which someone moves or operate. Synonym - rate, pace, tempo, momentum

My good friend coach Babb ( former head coach of the senior Barbados netball team) has a history of producing many talented athletes, most of them sprinters and sprint hurdlers. He has never appealed to corporate Barbados for a treadmill ( let alone TWO) to assist in his preparation.

In his brief but successful stint as netball coach, he again demonstrated his coaching prowess and was able to get the slowest or least athletic inclined to run, sprint, dash, bolt ( speed) as fast as any netballer should. Never was a treadmill used in his preparation for the 2010 Commonwealth Games or the 2011 World Championships.

With the upcoming edition of these competitions approaching, the person given ( pun intended) the mandate of preparing the national team is appealing to corporate Barbados for TWO treadmills to assist her with speed development.

In his facebook post, Coach Babb gave several ideas on how speed is developed but I am not sure the intended target audience given any ability to read will understand what he means.

We grew up hearing that reading is fundamental but were never told that  COMMONSENSE doesn't come with a MANUAL...treadmills do!

Scapegoat !

Why is it that the present Secretary of the Barbados Netball Association is allegedly  finding it difficult to access emails, etc from the inbox of that Association?

Why is it that only the Asst Secretary and the President are the only two who in their own time reply to any emails submitted by clubs?

Madame Secretary...are you a figurehead or a scapegoat?

SABOTAGE or STUPID??

With less than three months to go before the inaugural Barbados Invitational Fast5 Netball Tournament ( BIFNET),word reaching Safepasses is that the management of the senior national netball team has allegedly BANNED all senior netballers from playing in this competition if they have any desire of playing for Barbados under their management.

Is the Barbados Netball Association going to support such a 'directive' which will prevent our netballers from making some money from a sport which is low on the totem pole of opportunities?

With such LAVATORY MATTER being spewed out of the mouths of the immensely ugly,it's small wonder there isn't a need for another Lakes Folly unit.

Dumped!

It seems as though  the 'matriachs' and the sole 'patriarch' of the Barbados Netball Association just can't get it right.

Following a brief crash course in coaching to select a team to tour Northern Ireland this month, a twelve member team was released to players this morning again showing a  lack of consideration for players, their abilities and the country.

The country is being held to ransom by a bunch of ingrates who sit in the dangerous box and are as salacious as the dictionary defines the word. They not only don't have a clue of anything netball but can't see past their bleached hair, astigmatic eyes, beer guts or lavatory matter mouths.

The inclusion of some players who have failed on numerous occasions to attend the compulsory beach sessions while openly indicating a lack of interest has meant that a high measure of 'unfairness' has taken place AGAIN !!!

While the players named cannot be faulted for their inclusion, there has to be  some measure of concern targeted at a management team who continues to make mistake after mistake after mistake.NASTY !!

In 2009, there was a toss-up between two players at the U-21 level for a place on the WYC team. Four years later, there was another toss-up. This time between two  players with different abilities, capabilities, attendance to practice and the difference in commitment to training. When the ball was dropped ( pun intended) , the Cane Garden based player was DUMPED in favour of the blackbird.

Btw ASSt coach  and others of your ilk...it was expected!!!

Perlexed - the adjective

Confusion has raised it's head in local netball again with the recent allegation that senior  squad members for
the national team have been told they cannot play in the upcoming Barbados Workers' Union competition.

Ironically this allegation comes at a time when the senior team has not played  in any competitive format since the 2012 AFNA tournament with a commendable second place finish. It is also ironic that said allegation has been made without thinking about how such a decision can impact on the players and their workplaces if the workplace is being represented in the competition.

We already know that the recent announcement of the draw for next year's Commonwealth Games has thrown one member of the senior management team in an absolute state of perplexity which was stated in the local print media last week. Can being perplexed lead to dementia thereby causing illogical decisions?

Something has to be fundamentally wrong with this type of thinking and it is hoped that the governing body does not support such. After all...isn't it the same sport??

The Commonwealth Games is less than a year away and not only are we way behind in preparation but we are decades off in terms of THINKING which makes us 0-2. NUFF SAID!!!

Team Babb it's about time some damage control is done...HURRY AND COME BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!

Miss Karma...r u there still???

The 2013 domestic netball season ended the same way it started.

The Spooners Hill Netball Club in winners row!!

Was this our season as some netball aficionados had said?? No it wasn't!!!

Was it rigged so we could be dominant?? No it wasn't!!!

The year 2013 will be remembered as the year Team SHNC returned to the front of netball in Barbados. It was also the year that the Barbados Netball Association promised much and failed to deliver. It was also the year that the season ended two weeks after the scheduled date.

Within the walls of the Netball Stadium is an area 'reserved' for a few people from one club. It's in that area that decisions are made, people are vilified and the gossip mongers rule. It's also in that area that Pine Hill St Barnabas LOST the 2013 League title to COW Rangers.

That COW Rangers won after losing to Pine Hill St Barnabas on three occasions was karma and we all know what is said about karma....it's a B**CH! Miss Karma showed up and spoke harshly to a Board that lied by saying that their playoff format ( 1v4, 2v3) was used all the time when it has always been a round-robin format.

Those lies have now been exposed and carried in today's daily Nation ( July 11)...The Division One League competition also received a tweaking. Instead of the team with the most points automatically being crowned champions, the top four advanced to a play-off where second-placed CO Williams Rangers beat knockout champions Pine Hill St Barnabas, who had played unbeaten.

Member clubs will never know if the proposed format for the highest division would've worked because the powers that be who ironically are members of the LOSING finalist decided that it was best to do things their way. In the end, their way wasn't the right way and they lost.

On a Friday night at the Netball Stadium, Miss Karma came calling and gave her bitchiness to a deserving winner.

Cheer up Miss Alleyne!

Once again the selectors and the Barbados Netball Association has shown little or no concern for a netballer. This time around it's promising goal shooter Chemeyne Alleyne who has been the brunt of this lack of concern.

What  is equally surprising but expected is that the BNA has given the nod to a division 2 player with no credentials to her name other than she is a former student of the pickup coach as well as a club member of the COW Rangers where ironically the coach preaches the DRIVE phase.

Chemeyne has stood up to most of the top flight netballers in the first division this year and is worthy of a place on the team. People will argue that her attitude, whether good or bad might've been her downfall but attitudes are good for sport.

I remember Lydia Bishop being told she had to change her 'behaviour' or else.... I remember head coach Alwyn Babb being told he had to stop being so outspoken...now the same thing has happened again to a junior player....DISMISSIVE!!!!!!!

To relegate Miss Alleyne to  a reserve is nothing more than telling her that she  is not qualified to make the team despite being a  member of a training squad for the past three years and a key member to Phoenix Gems ( the unofficial U21 team).

Any explanation which may be given by the BNA on this matter would be nothing short of being a bunch of lies by a group of people who started well with major promises but have taken the path of the predecessor...a path that has lead to the destruction of players' egos and love for the sport.

I may never know how Miss Alleyne has dealt with what is a shocker and maybe she will continue to be a reserve, but I will say this...the people who made said decision have no conscience.

Dust 2 dust..ashes 2 ashes!

Westbury Cemetery
Westbury Road
St.Michael,

Dear BNA,

We  wish  to inform you that your request to visit the Netball Stadium for the period 2012-2014 cannot be granted. In your earlier correspondence to the ball-bearers ( clubs) you had asked for   two years  hoping to bring the state of the game out of the coma of the previous administration.

However within less than a year in office, your lack of knowledge, numerous shortcomings and blatant lies have brought death quicker than expected.

With this in mind, we have been left with no choice  but to inform our investors on the negativity which permeates Waterford on playing nights and ask that you return any and all plans of staying on the earth.

You are asked to report to Tonbra's Funeral Home,Don't Care Avenue,Fibbing Street,St.Michael for viewing of the body. The cortege will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery,Westbury Road,St.Michael.

Hoping to greet you soon,

Don't pass GO,don't collect ANY commonsense.

Pinocchio in the BNA !

The recent reversal of the anticipated playoff format by the Barbados Netball Association is another sign of a Board not willing to embrace change, telling lies and holding to the status quo. It's also another example of the BIG TWO making decisions that are best suited to them.

At the preseason meeting when this format was revealed, the Chairperson of the League Committee explained to clubs the outline and purpose behind the new playoff format. From all understanding there was the belief that it was good for the game and a chance for one of the other clubs in that division to challenge the BIG TWO. It was not to be !

A liar has to have a good memory or be consistent with the lies told. When it was first revealed that there was a change in consideration, the Chairperson of the League Committee on being approached was quick to defend herself by saying that it was the President who had given the decision to revert to what is the norm. Said President was quicker on her response in stating emphatically that she knew nothing of what was said.

Faster than Usain Bolt in a 100m,a letter was sent to member clubs signed by the Asst Sect/Treasurer hoping to explain why the old format would be used. Paragraph two of said letter reads," However, this playoff format was not received by membership in general. In Barbados we are accustomed to a playoff format where the team that qualifies first plays the team that qualifies fourth, while the team that qualifies second plays the team that qualifies third. This concern was addressed and the latter format was used in the revised fixture for June."

Under the proposed format which is used by the TOP TWO playing netball nations in the world ( Australia and New Zealand) in their ANZ Championships, the leader after a cutoff date would play the second placed team. Ironically at this stage it will be Pine Hill St Barnabas  ( 1st) v COW Rangers(2nd) , while Spooners Hill ( 3rd) will play Pride of Villa (4th). The winner advances directly to the final while the loser plays the winner of 3rd v 4th  to meet the finalist.

Albert Einstein didn't have to be brought back from the dead to realise that because of this, it would be absolute panic in the CHURCHYARD knowing that the MOVE THE EARTH team would be their opponents.

Unless I have understood how the  the final placings in netball were determined, there has never been a playoff as stated above at any time. If what is commonly called a ROUND-ROBIN is akin to a  playoff, then my knowledge is limited. Not even in the Barbados Netball Association's Competition Rules 2013 book is there any mention of what the Asst Sect/Treasurer has inferred. Interesting that the single publication governing the rules doesn't support this blatant lie....DOES IT ??

Reaping fruits!!!!!

When the head coach of  the Spooners Hill Netball Club voiced his concern about the lack of respect shown by the present Vice President of the Barbados Netball Association and the poor level of umpiring shown by her, he drew the ire of everyone in the Barbados Association of Netball Umpires.

When he subsequently wrote a letter this time voicing his concern over remarks made by the IUA and now FIRED former assistant coach of the Under 21 squad, he drove a dagger in the bosom of the Barbados Association of Netball Umpires.

When the Spooners Hill Netball Club openly voiced their concerns at the obvious ANTI-Spooners Hill Netball Club, the management was sent an email riddled with nothing short of LAVATORY MATTER!!!!

On May 30th 2013, the SHNC received a signed letter from the Secretary of BANU with the eye catching and thought provoking words,' BANU demanded an apology because it felt that the timing of the email was detrimental to the management of the BNA's League Season and it therefore placed the umpires in an invidious position. The SHNC is now reaping the fruits of the seeds shown in that email  of March 15th,2013.

The word invidious means an act or situation likely  to arouse or incur resentment or anger in others. How on  God's earth can the BANU in all it's wisdom believe that one club is powerful enough to cause major turmoil? To state that the SHNC holds such clout doesn't speak well for the BNA....does it?

In tonight's netball clash ( SHNC vs Pine Hill St Barnabas), the level of umpiring from both advanced umpires left more than a lot to be desired. It spoke of a duo bent on punishing the SHNC while at the same time, holding strong to the SEEDS SOWN IN THAT EMAIL OF MARCH 15TH,2013.

If either of the two umpires had a conscience...it died at Waterford tonight!

Poor taste = DISRESPECT!!

The firing of the entire management of the U-21 squad by the Barbados Netball Association is the latest  example of a Board with no vision but steeped in negative personalities.

It was obvious from the beginning that the team seemed unprepared to compete at the local level therefore giving proof that they couldn't internationally. It would've made more sense ( if that even exists among the Board) to dismiss the TRAGIC TRIO from as early as February giving the squad enough time to be molded into a competitive unit.

To make such a bold move less than three months before the World Youth Netball Championships is a reminder of 2009 when the entire management of that squad was also axed. This time around, the BNA is nothing less than disrespectful and selfish as no regard to time spent in preparation apparently has been considered.

While there will be questions raised and answers sought, the truth might never be known but facts are facts. Unless a verbal contract was extended, the TRAGIC TRIO's contract ended in 2012. Unless applications were sent to member clubs and advertised in the print media...the TRAGIC TRIO's contract ended in 2012.

Was this the BNA's way to return to the coaching fold the coach and assistant coach from 2009? CONGRATS JULIE !!

Safepasses understands and welcomes the firing but right is right and wrong is wrong...the firing is in poor taste and is disrespectful.

In the land of the blind...the one-eyed man is QUEEN!

Error

Safepasses has been told that in today's game Blackbirds v Pelicans that Shanice Rock played the entire game and not half as stated.

Aint too big to apologize but the result was still the same.

Swallowed whole!!!

UWI Mona Pelicans wanted more fish than their Cave Hill counterparts and outdived them 53-20 in the 2013 Inter-campus games in Jamaica.

Many supporters, players and maybe management will blame the umpires ( both Jamaicans) for 'stealing' but were they?Maybe the 'stealing' was done right here before the team even left the island. From an 'advantegeous' view point , the umpiring was fair and spot on. It was a case of a team going into a competition devoid of any knowledge of what sound umpiring is.

It was clear that at the Netball Stadium nightly, players are being disadvantaged by most umpires when they allow them to defend within the 3ft distance, contact unnecessarily and not be penalized and have the ball in their possession for 3 days and not 3 seconds.

It was also a case of a coach NOT knowing the immense talent within  her team. It made no sense taking Barbados goal attack Rhea Holder out of the game at half time to be replaced by a lesser talent. Just as it made no sense NOT starting Barbados defence Shanice Rock for the tried and found guilty regular combination.

When the chips are down this coach PANICS!!! Today in Jamaica she glaringly choked, the changes started and nothing positive happened.

Oops!!! I lied! Something positive did happen. It just didn't happen for the Blackbirds.

Bad English or CAN'T SPELL?

It is with much regret that the death of the 2013 Barbados Netball Association's domestic season is announced.

The cause of death is a letter submitted by an over-rated and lack of knowledge umpire who for the past few years has seen himself as the demi-god to the sport. In the letter, the spell-check-less umpire cites some absolute untruths which only he seems to have experienced which according to him were brought about by the management of the Spooners Hill Netball Club.

Left to mourn are a depleted Board, League Committee and the BANU. Pallbearers will be chosen from member clubs who dare to speak out.

On another note....The Spooners Hill Netball Club received two letters today from the Disciplinary Committee of the Barbados Netball Association informing us that the head coach and the manager were to appear before them to state their case against allegations from the umpire who single-handedly MURDERED the season.

The Board of the BNA has erred on many levels since the season began including not making decisions for the sake of being seen as fair. There have been letters sent to them and not even an acknowledgement has ever been made.

The Barbados Association of Netball Umpires is equal or worst in this. A little over two weeks ago, the SHNC wrote an email to the BANU about some disgusting remarks made by the country's lone IUA umpire to it's coach. It must be noted that there were hints of unfairness from other umpires if the coach did not retract what he had said and an apology given.

Subsequent to that, the said coach received a threatening letter from the BANU giving him five( 5) days to apologize or else.....WEIRD RIGHT??

It must be noted that the spell-check-less umpire was or is PLUS the IUA and others were or are on the BANU Committee and therefore any decisions made were or are questionable....WEIRD RIGHT??

The playing rules of the 2013 BNA Competition ( Discipline 10.2) speaks to an umpire having the right to warn against harassment from the side lines from teams or officials. It also infers that teams and/or officials may be penalized by being asked to leave the playing area.

Here is where the fun begins. On the night of April 22nd in the game Spooners Hill vs COW Rangers, the spell-check-less umpire halted the game and in a VERY THREATENING( finger in the face ) manner, approached the coach of Spooners Hill and gave him fifteen ( 15) seconds to leave the court. At no time was anything negative stated to him as he has said in his report! Before the fifteen seconds had elapsed and AFTER the coach had left the area, said umpire blew his whistle to signal the game had been BLOWN OFF!!!! After consulting with the other umpire, a decision was made that the game had ended.

Coincidentally, it should be noted that the Executive Committee of the BANU was present at this time and rightfully said that what had transpired by the umpire....COULD NOT HAPPEN  AND WAS WRONG on his part!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is disturbing is that the umpire in question openly vilifies other umpires when any team he 'pretends to coach' is playing! What is more disturbing is that he has taken the same route as his Adventist partner and is requesting that the head coach be made an example of....WEIRD RIGHT?

Anyone who knows netball would know that we do not back down from a challenge when we are right and this is no exception!!!!!

Stay tuned....the grim reaper has  just arrived!!!!!!!!!

Don't SPEAK your mind!!!

The Barbados Netball Association or it's affiliates has taken their unprofessionalism to a new low.

Word is that a member of the Opposition Barbados Labour Party has received a telephone call asking that a senior member of the Spooners Hill Netball Club be spoken to about her behaviour at the Netball Stadium.

What prompted the Board to make such a call is anyone's guess but let it be known that this call is a cowardly act and speaks volumes about the integrity or lack thereof of a group of people selected to administer and admonish anything netball.

The involvement of outsiders on matters which can be easily handled doesn't bode well either. The 2006 Disciplinary Committee of the same BNA, intimated that outside influences on anything personal of the Association is seen as an act of betrayal both to said Association and it's members.

That this Board has taken the time to try to tarnish anyone's name whether good or bad shouldn't be accepted and maybe tells the story of NON-confidence in their abilities.

Safepasses has openly voiced it's support for the President of the Barbados Netball Association and while it's understood that around a table, behind a computer, etc she only has one vote... let's hope this vote was against the parliamentarian's involvement.

What is interesting is that no one has taken the time to call the representative for St.Thomas about the behaviour of a BRC sponsored player openly castigates and vilifies members of the Board but has never been summoned to a Disciplinary meeting. Isn't this a clear case of victimisation?

If speaking your  mind is an act of intolerance, then all netballers and spectators should be MUTES.

Madame 'Chair'...

Readers,

When good deeds are done they will be highlighted just as much as the bad. If anyone who would've read my prior post and came away with the feeling that it was an attack on the Chairperson of the League Committee...they are VERY WRONG!!!!

While the opening paragraph was on the negative, it merely stated a decision which has been apparently been made by a higher authority and NOT by the 'Chair' ( no offense).

That being said,I personally think the 'Chair' ( no offense) and her Committee must be commended for making decisions which while not popular, has to be made.

THUMBS UP!!!!!!!

FIXture it....or else!!!!!!!!!!!

The League Committee of the Barbados Netball Association has thrown the entire domestic season in chaos with the revised fixture which is now in use. It is noticeable that the club from Martindale's Road   has again been  on the receiving end of numerous favours.

There are several questions which member clubs should therefore ask and be resilient in getting answered. Why is it that the Division 6 team from that club not be allowed to play any game later than 6pm on a weeknight? It is a given that once a team moves from JUNIORS to the INTERMEDIATE that they will automatically have a late game on any given night.

The reason that this particular  team has school girls is moot as they are plenty clubs with school girls( Coleridge & Parry based Shottas United for one) who  have never made a complaint about a scheduled time but has shown respect for the competition.

On perusing and comparing fixtures, there are more noticeable biases for the club with the removal of back to back games. Is it fair that other clubs should be asked to play back to back games and this club not be allowed to? Furthermore, does naming a reserve on a team mean automatic game/playing time for the reserve? It doesn't!!

The Barbados Netball Association has made a good start to the 2013 domestic season. The impartiality and fairness shown on Mondays,Wednesdays,Fridays and Saturdays have made clubs keen to compete again. For the most part, the Court Officials have been approachable, willing to assist where needed and not afraid to make decisions. It is sad and sickening that they have apparently made so many concessions for the ONE club which never participates in anything, unless they will benefit and whose CULTure seems holier than thou.

Retreats are like weddings. They are planned in advance. In previous years, it was the norm for this club to have their retreat and still play scheduled games. Why is it that 2013 should be different? Why is it that this club be given the opportunity to dictate when they  play and when they don't?

The netballers are the Association and each club/team deserves to be treated as though they matter. They should be made to feel as though  they are the most important link on an otherwise shaky chain. Satisfying the needs and demands of any one club/team is NOT the right way.

Sorry  League Committee. This time you have missed the mark:(

PEEEEEPPP !!!!!!

Less than two months into the 2013 domestic netball season, the Cane Garden based Spooners Hill Netball Club is being treated with scant disrespect by the white clad whistle blowers who are masquerading as umpires.

Going back to the inaugural Fast5 competition where it started, umpires made it known that they weren't going to umpire any games "wid Spooners Hill". SO WHAT?

Throughout the Knockout phase of the 2013 season the 'trend' continued and we were forced to compete when we did  against what seemed like negative vibes all the time. Thankfully that was used in a positive way by the girls in Orange,Black and White. CONGRATS !!!!

When the lone IUA categorically stated that if the Head Coach didn't apologize FOR HIS OWN OPINION , we knew we were gonna get SHAFTED as was hinted by her! Several of the Advanced level umpires and maybe more decided that they were going to pull a coup and word spread that none or most of the BANU umpires were willing to officiate games with the SHNC. SO WHAT?

Is ignorance bliss? YUP! Is commonsense common? HELL NO!!!

The trojans who have made this decision has not and will not affect how the SHNC competes! What they have done is proven to the netballing fraternity that they are a group of gutless, guileless, heartless, selfish load of lavatory matter.

It would be remiss not to praise the effort of a the two umpires who officiated the Knockout finals. Granted we will never have perfect umpiring, but praise must be given to Mrs Veronica Harris and Sheriol Fagan for a great job in being fair and allowing the teams to decide the winner of the game. WELL DONE !!

No MANNERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is an old Bajan saying,"SPEECH BELONG TO GOD". There is also  "MANNERS MAKETH MAN". With that being said, maybe it's time that the head of our most expensive national unit at this time be taught a lesson in manners and given a crash course in public interaction.

Understandably it's not the BNA's responsibility to get a fur coat from a pig or horse hair from a jackass but it's their responsibility to make sure that their  representatives be cordial whether they want to or not.

It makes no sense when persons identified as 'faces' of the Association are seen in a negative light simply because they wish to or they have a personal vendetta against a club or a member of that  club.

In case you are wondering what's going on...the individual chosen to lead Barbados in Scotland 2013 should be the first recipient of the MANNERS for WOMEN AWARD or given a Certificate of Participation for the  Failure to Achieve Course 2013.

Phoenix Zirconia? Sorry...Gems!

Almost three years after being touted as the team to represent Barbados at this year's World Youth Netball Championships, a highly unflattering unofficial national team was taken to a jeweler  by Spooners Hill in a senior knockout match tonight ( March 27) at the Netball Stadium.

Expecting some type of glitter , hardness and edginess  suggested by the name (  Gems), it was obvious that it was the Phoenix ( dormant bird) that turned up to play and not the NATIONAL U-21 TEAM.The team lacks coaching, has limited understanding of what is required at the highest level and are poor decision makers.

Equally disturbing were the combinations used by the much revered ( HAHAHAHHA!!!)  coaches as was evidenced when they used one of the more talented defenses(  the former Church Village standout) at WD and a less skillful player at GD.  Utter Garbage !

Included in the Phoenix Zirconia ( oops Gems ) team are two senior national players. Refusing to start with the national shooter is another example of poor coaching decisions and maybe a sign of discomfort in the player.

Whatever the reason, the two know-it-alls in charge of the team  proved beyond a doubt that Scotland 2013 is going to be as  funny as Comedy Fest.

At the end of the night, the jeweler declared Spooners Hill the real GEMS - 54 carats to 36.

The award goes to....

"Who helps you buy a big bellied horse don't help you feed it." This old time Bajan saying is apt on many levels none more so than the present cast of netballing gurus.

Prior to and even after the AGM, my support for the new President was known. It will not change despite the belief from the supporting cast of her stage play that any involvement on my part is seen as a negative.

The mandate and success of the BNA depends in part on the relationship it has with the general body.It also depends on the ability of the Board to interact on a professional level with everyone and not be seen as shallow, spiteful and vindictive. Whether or  not people believe they can work with everyone and anyone is up to them.

We grew up hearing that speech belongs to God. Obviously no one told that to the utterly rude and simply unmannerly individual who doesn't seem to possess the ability to speak even when bypassing crowds. BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS.

As in any sport, transfers will happen. Are we therefore going to use our positions of authority to hold players ransom when they request such a transfer? BEST NON-VERBAL ROLE.

In business, investors will support any venture which seems workable and profitable expecting many returns  on their investments. When that doesn't happen, the fallout is usually so devastating that the recovery process seems eternal. BEST COLLABORATION.

Again I support you Madame Prez, your award will be that of tenacity....
